Website Activation is available only for Home User products (eScan Antivirus Edition and eScan Internet Security Suite and eScan Total Security Suite) for 1 User licenses.
To activate other products please use the Online activation through eScan / Email registration method available
in the product and Email the onlineregister.txt file generated to
register@escanav.com.
We now give 24x7 online support (in English Language) to all our customers, resellers
and distributors - through e-mails, telephone and chat. Local language support in
all regions is available from Mon-Fri, 9 am to 5 pm (local time).
Sending e-mail is ALWAYS the preferred and most effective way to receive technical
assistance. Please be aware that although our offices are staffed 24 hours a day,
support representatives during certain shifts may not be able to instantly deal
