We have Support representatives available around the clock to answer your support requests. Once you submit a support request, a ticket number is generated and sent to you via email. So kindly ensure that you enter a valid email address. All support tickets are answered in the order it is received by us.
24x7 Online Support
We now give 24x7 online support (in English Language) to all our customers, resellers and distributors - through e-mails, telephone and chat. Local language support in all regions is available from Mon-Fri, 9 am to 5 pm (local time).
Sending e-mail is ALWAYS the preferred and most effective way to receive technical assistance. Please be aware that although our offices are staffed 24 hours a day, support representatives during certain shifts may not be able to instantly deal with your situation/request.
