We now give 24x7 online support (in English Language) to all
our customers, resellers and distributors - through e-mails,
telephone and chat. Local language support in all regions is
available from Mon-Fri, 9 am to 5 pm (local time).

| Sending e-mail is ALWAYS the preferred and most effective
way to receive technical assistance. Please be aware that although our offices
are staffed 24 hours a day, support representatives during certain shifts may
not be able to instantly deal with your situation/request. For your support related
